Breathtaking French renaissance inspired decor and over 800 guests in attendance, the 2019 For Children We Care Gala was a night to remember. Co-Chaired by Carman Chan, Pao Yao Koo and Isabel Hsieh, the gala raised a record-breaking $4.1 million in support of Sunny Hill Centre for Rehabilitation. Our D2D and Young Ambassador Program volunteer team It is always a pleasure for our team to be a part of such an inspiring event. Together with our sister program, the Young Ambassador Program, our team of 40 volunteers helped out at the Photobooth, Registration, Silent Auction and Greeters. Our D2D team is always excited to support new causes especially ones that are youth-related. Today marked our new partnership with Kiwassa and one that we hope to be long-term.

It was an exciting day; today our D2D team visited Kiwassa Neighbourhood House and delivered toys & stationary to the kids at their after school program. It was extremely heartwarming to see the smile on the kids faces.
We are also proud to donate $1000 to support their programs & look forward to building a long-term relationship.
