Yonah Martin

The Honourable Yonah Martin is a Conservative Senator representing British Columbia in the Senate of Canada. Appointed in January 2009 by Prime Minister Stephen Harper, she made history as the first Canadian of Korean descent to serve in the Senate and the first Korean-Canadian parliamentarian in Canadian history.
