Congratulations to Cici Fan and Desmond Lum in successfully organizing the One Country One Film Vancouver Festival! This event was in support of the Sheway program of VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation.
The event raised $138,339 to help the community and improve medical services for pregnant women and children in the downtown eastside area. Proceeds from the festival will help Sheway purchase a new passenger van.
We'd like to extend special thanks to One Country One Film France for cooperating with us and giving us such a wonderful opportunity. Also, shoutout to our volunteer team for making the day run so smoothly!
